Pre-covid and not in London, I had a regular maintenance routine. Fast forward... I had been looking for a waxer and a facialist in London for the past year. Tried a few, wasn't hugely happy with the results. I am a bit particular: I want a thorough wax job that doesn't leave broken hairs behind and straight-up extraction for combination skin. (Don't tell me those zoom calls with headsets aren't giving you blackheads!) I was so pleased to find Mia is great at both! I'll be returning in a month.

Nice venue, clean & the job was well done.
It should be specified that access to the store is through the gift shop as this is the only bit I felt a bit confused by.
