Honestly can not rate this place and Fran ANYMORE! Best wax I’ve EVER had and I’ve had a lot. Fran was like a best friend I’d just been reunited with and I’d never met her before! She was friendly, efficient and super knowledgable. 100% recommend.

have been going to your salon for quite a few months and always had pleasant experiences, apart from this time. beauty therapist made me lie down for an arm wax (which I have always had done seating up), which made the whole process incredibly uncomfortable for me and left me feeling uneasy for the duration of the treatment. only consolation was that the end result was okay.
