First time coming here after a bad experience somewhere else, Olivia was very professional, checked in many times to check I was okay with the pain and temperature etc and is a true pro!!! I’ve been waxed several times this year (at my old place) and honestly this was my LEAST painful wax ever. I’ll be back!
