I just moved to London and was looking for a place for my regular waxing sessions. I decided to give Pure Wax a shot due to the positive reviews.
I had the best waxing experience with Mia. She definitely knows what she's doing, very knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease. The girl at the reception is also very friendly, helpful, and ready to answer all my questions. The whole experience was exceptional, I'd definitely come here again for many good reasons, but Mia would make me a frequent.

I was slightly disappointed because the reviews were really good for this place and whilst I enjoyed it, there were a few things that could have been better. I specifically booked with Mia and had my facialist changed without acknowledgement, and the new facialist slightly smelled of cigarettes. The treatment was good, but expected more in terms of deeper extractions and other treatments mentioned in the description like lymphatic drainage and high frequency.
