I booked in online with another practitioner (who has outstanding reviews) and was asked on arrival if I would be okay with Lilia - she was AMAZING. Super efficient, seemingly very experienced, did an excellent job and all within 15 mins. SO impressed and glad I was swapped, I will not be going anywhere else for my waxing again!
