It was my first time getting a hollywood wax done. Adelina made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. It was a great first experience getting a wax done. She is very professional and always asked how I was during the process. I personally didn't find it painful and will definitely be going to see her again from now on as it's excellent value for money.
