Loved this place, what a relaxing experience. My last wax elsewhere had been a bit of a nightmare so I was a little anxious about the treatment but the therapist was lovely and put my mind at ease and the whole experience was actually relatively pain free! Don't be put off by going through the gift shop downstairs as once you enter the salon you wouldn't know and it's really nicely decorated, fresh and clean. Will definitely return, in fact I booked my next appointment there and then!

Another great Hollywood wax done by Raluca! So thorough & quick! My appointment was booked for 7:00pm but I got there 10 minutes late due to traffic however I was still out by 7:30pm! She is amazing, so friendly and very knowledgable, giving me advice on how to avoid/get rid of ingrown hairs. She's an expert at what she does! I will not go anywhere else for my waxes besides Pure Wax for as long as I can!
