Don't be fooled by the slightly tacky gift shop downstairs, central London retail is very expensive and the little salon upstairs is well presented and clean. The lady who did my treatment was super, very nice, professional and as kind as she could be when ripping hair out. I will definitely be going back.

Good wax, however when I first arrived I used the baby wipe provided and put it in the bin which was full of wax and hair from previous treatments.
