One of the best customer experiences I've had from a waxing studio. Receptionist was welcoming, providing teas/coffees as I filled in the initial forms. Asma, the waxing professional, was exceptional - very thorough with her work, and also very friendly. Pain was barely noticeable as she had great technique, and also provided TV as a nice distraction! Wax materials seemed to be of good quality as well. Overall I strongly recommend this place for waxing.
