At first not impressed with the entrance (through a souvenir shop), then positively surprised by the experience. Very friendly staff, good service, you can even watch TV while having your treatment done. The floor was not the cleanest I've ever seen, but everything else was clean and sterilised. I will return when in the area again.

2nd time I've had a wax from Fran & it was flawless & she made me feel comfortable as always. I'll definitely be back & couldn't recommend coming here more. I've given the venue 4 stars just as it can be easy to miss but once you're there it's really lovely - thanks again Fran :)

I haven't realized any difference after the color applied. The same with eyebrow. I've been told this will hold for at least a week however after a few days (2-3 ) no color has been visible. Interesting experience but I won't go thru it again.
