Pure Wax is clean and the treatment rooms are great, however I was told that the treatment I had booked for was not the one for me and was advised to go for another one. Not only was the treatment significantly dearer than expected, I was not informed of the extra costs and the beautician was not friendly and I felt I was a hindrance than a customer.
