I only knew where to look for the business because of other people's reviews. I was able to see the sign from the sidewalk, but a more noticeable sign outside the gift shop would be more helpful. Fran was great. She was very professional, personable, and thorough. I've been getting waxed for several years now, can honestly say this was the least painful waxing experience I've ever had. I plan on going back to this location for my next waxing appointment

I highly recommend Pure Wax London. Don't let you put off by the entrance being through a traditional London Souvenir Shop. When you get to the end and to the 1st floor then you are in a very nice, inviting environment that lives up to what you expect from a salon.
