Pure Wax is tucked away at the back of a tacky London tourist gift shop, but don't be fooled into judging it by the exterior - as soon as you go upstairs to the salon, you are greeted by spotless decor, and bright customer service.
The receptionist was very welcoming, and I was quickly taken through for my prepaid treatments: brow and upper lip threading, and bikini wax. The beautician was friendly, and professional, and put me at ease very quickly. She spent a good deal of time getting my eyebrows just right, and even filled them in again afterwards so that I could go back to work with lovely eyebrows instead of hiding under my fringe as I usually have to.
All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this salon in a heartbeat.
