Ok, let me start off by saying the location is a bit odd but the services were amazing! It's located at the back of a souvenir shop but once upstairs feels like any respectable waxing establishment with cleanliness and great staff.
I chose to have my appointment with Fran as she's mentioned many times in reviews already and I was not disappointed! She was awesome! Really great technique and attention to detail. She literally got an ingrown out that was there for months that others had ignored... I didn't even feel it. Got the full leg, underarm, and Hollywood in under 30 minutes. Needless to say I've found my new place.

Adelina did an amazing job all around. As painless as possible, super thorough, friendly... and the salon itself is wonderful. Loved having a tv in the room to distract me. This will be my new go to place for waxing - I've already booked in for my next wax.
