Great service as per, and the best Hollywood wax place I know in London. Downside with this visit was that there was only one person on the front desk, who was also doing my treatment, and there was a woman being difficult who she had to deal with. As a consequence I was waiting for about 20 minutes after treatment was supposed to start before it did. Card machine was also broken so had to go and get cash - overall meant it took about half an hour longer than usual and I had to run back to work to avoid taking the mick of the idea of a lunch hour... Would definitely return (and often do)

The initial entrance is bit dodgy but once you get into Pure Wax it is a well designed area, with great ambiance, staff were nice and welcoming. The waxing room is clean and the beautician was quick but thorough.
