I had an awesome experience coming here. I was visiting London and needed a treatment and Mia couldn’t have been lovelier! I’m fairly pain sensitive as well despite waxing for a few years - she was so kind and gave me one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever had. Wish I lived here so I could come all the time!

Unfortunately was not as good as my prior experience, my therapist went very quickly and as such it was more painful than usual, only after asking a few times did she go at a steadier pace. There was little explanation/warning about what she was doing during the process too, which could have helped.
Other than that, the service was as expected, room was not quite as nice as the previous room I had been in but did the job.

Private space - very clean rooms. Excellent waxing service, very precise and Mia made it as little painful as possible. Brazilian + underarm + full legs lasted 1 hour. Great recommendation of post wax care as well.
