The waxing was quick and painless. The therapist was good and friendly. After I left, I realized there were leftover patches of wax all over my skin. Just a feedback to clean the wax so customers don’t leave feeling icky especially if they’re going somewhere straight after. Other than that the waxing itself was good.

I hadn't been for a wax in a long time and Adelina was so kind, amazingly good at putting me at my ease, really fun, and extremely professional, fast and efficient. I am so grateful to her for making it a very painless (emotionally!) experience. Would certainly go back, definitely felt like good value too. Unusual location at the back of a gift shop upstairs but such a convenient location on the Strand.
