I’ve visited purewax a number of times and have always been happy with the experience and level of waxing. Unfortunately, on this occasion, whilst I was en route to my appointment I received a text saying my appt had been changed to another therapist I had not used before. On arrival, I was informed this was because of an error with the online system which led to a double booking. If I had known this beforehand, I would have rescheduled as I specifically wanted to go to someone I was comfortable with and had used previously. I was assured the new therapist was very good. I had a Hollywood and full leg wax and although the therapist was very friendly, on inspection in normal light at home, the waxing was poor and I was left with a lot of hair not removed. Disappointing.
