It was my first time coming to this studio and I had the most comfortable experience with the lovely team. Lilia was the nicest throughout the whole process and ensured the service was quick and exceptionally done. I couldn't recommend Pure Wax London- Soho enough and I look forward to my next visit.

This was my first visit to Pure Wax in Soho...very happy with every aspect of the experience. I arrived an hour early by mistake (just off a plane from a city that was one hour ahead and forgot to adjust my laptop calendar--rookie mistake!) and they were able to move my appointment up by 45 minutes. Katie was super efficient and friendly and the environment was spotless. I live in the U.S. but am in London a lot for business, and I'll make a point of coming to Pure Wax whenever I'm here!
