This was my first waxing experience in the UK, and I was disappointed with the service. I arrived early for my appointment, filled out the paperwork, and wasn’t told anything about my waxer and the status of my appointment for 15 minutes. I waited clueless. Even a kind “your waxer will be with you shortly” would have been nice. I found the wax to be somewhat unpleasant. I have waxed with European Wax Center for 4 years and the waxing always feels smooth and easy. Maybe its a cultural thing, but the waxer did not “comfort y’all” me at all. For the actual brazilian wax job, they got it done in the end, so I cannot really complain there.
