Once you’ve negotiated the stairs you’re greeted by some of the friendliest staff. For a first time visit the ladies treated me like a regular and quickly put me at ease. Dean was a delight to chat to throughout and carried out the waxing swiftly, efficiently with minimal pain. I’ll be back!
