This was my second time at the salon with the same specialist as last time. However, this time around she was really rude. She didn't clean the wax off my skin and it took me 20 minutes after the session to clean it off. She rudely questioned me for taking so long in the cabin/room to dress up and when I gave her the reason, she reverted with "I know how I do my job". After leaving the room, I still had some wax on my legs and when I asked her for some oil on a cotton she refused to provide me any. Having said that, the other staff were really good and provided me with everything I required.

I had a leg and Brazilian wax, and it wasn't the best. My waxer was very sweet, but left a lot of wax on my legs, and pulled off a few bits of skin. Not the best experience.
