Once you’ve negotiated the stairs you’re greeted by some of the friendliest staff. For a first time visit the ladies treated me like a regular and quickly put me at ease. Dean was a delight to chat to throughout and carried out the waxing swiftly, efficiently with minimal pain. I’ll be back!

Excellent, friendly service, very professional and quick. Entrance looks a bit dodgy as you have to walk through a gift shop and go up a tiny staircase to enter. Once you enter PURE wax it is great.
