When I arrived, I was told to wait, so went to the bathroom and freshened up but when I came back, I was told that half my appointment has passed already and I needed to get ready quickly. I was told to wait but then blamed for wasting the time. It all felt a bit rushed. However, the ladies doing the treatment were clearly very skilled. They gave me lots of tips on how to care for my skin etc. They seemed very invested in me getting the best out of it. Very good at putting me at ease. So top treatment, value for money but just a bit rushed on a busy evening.
