Not a good experience at all. I thought I would be about 5 mins late so tried to be courteous and called ahead. The girl on the other end of the phone was rude, curt, and just told me to get there as they book back to back and I would miss my slot. Fair enough, but not a word of thanks. I ended up being right on time, but was rushed through, and that set the tone fit the whole appointment. This was by far the most painful wax I have ever had. So much so I had to ask the therapist (not sure of her name) to stop. The therapist was young, and possibly inexperienced, and seemed to find it amusing that I was in such pain. It was awful. The wax itself was good, and she focused on removing small or ingrown hairs etc, but the overall experience was not really unpleasant.

I was late for the first appointment and they helped with rearranging schedule. The staff was really nice but not super skilful with the wax. She tried to peel off the wax a few times when the wax’ not fully solidified yet and pulled the hair. She was thoughtful and caring throughout the whole process.

This place makes you feel super comfortable in its clean, cool treatments rooms. I was in and out in 20 minutes which was great - no waiting around like some places! Would definitely come back here.
