I hadn’t been waxed in a long time and was really nervous going into my appointment, but Lilia was fantastic. She made me feel completely at ease and took great care to ensure I was comfortable the entire time. She even kept me laughing, which helped take my mind off the process. Lilia is incredibly professional and truly prioritises your comfort. I highly, highly recommend her!

Mia is just lovely - very welcoming,professional but will put you at ease too. She's also very attentive,making sure the wax is not too hot,and triple checking everything. I couldn't ask for a better therapist!
