I was left dissatisfied with my waxing treatment at Pure Wax. The 35 pounds treatment (50% from its original 70 GBP cost) was rushed through in less than 10 minutes by a member of the staff which was clearly eager to finish as soon as possible. Having previously suffered from dermatitis, I asked to be treated with a detergent/ septic solution prior to the waxing. My request was quickly dismissed and I was verbally guaranteed I would not have any complications from the treatment.
I admittedly was 10 mins late. In this case I would have been happy to move my appointment to another available time to receive a service more in line with its price (remember - this is sold as a 70 pounds waxing).
The manager has kindly invited me to get in touch should I have any issues, but I believe I will hardly visit this center again.

Great service! It was a little odd going through the shop to reach the back, but Pure Wax as a place was very nice, clean and the staff were very friendly and professional! I will definitely go again!
