I booked a wax (extended bikini + full leg) before going on holiday. This was my second time, the first time having had an excellent bikini wax. The therapist (Nadia I think but am not 100%) was very nice however I was less satisfied with the treatment this time. She said that to do extended wax I needed to remove the paper panties (sorry if this is tmi!) but I have never had to do that in 20+ years of waxing so I said I preferred not to. She said then it would be a regular wax but I insisted (it's what I needed and I had already paid) so she came up with an alternative solution. When I got home however, I saw that she hadn't really gotten everything. She also left bits of wax here and there plus within a week I had hair regrowing in several different parts (not counting the parts with the ingrown hairs which I fully expected would come out some time after) instead of the usual 3-4 weeks. I still think it's a very good place and will go back for sure.
