The place was very stylish and clean, the ladies were lovely when greeting me and going over my registration. The person waxing me was very nice and professional. We didn't talk but that's fine because I find it awkward and they had some TV series running in the background to keep your mind off things (bonus).
The wax itself however was very disappointing. She ripped it partially and slowly so it was a bit painful at times, there was hair left and wax bits still stuck to me, we "finished" in 10min. It was quick indeed but not very thorough even though she did pluck a few hairs here and there. I'm delighted they didn't double dip though, much cleaner and safer that way.
