It was my first time getting a wax in London and I went to Pure Wax based on a friend's recommendation. The staff was exceptional, and I was rather pleasantly surprised by their pre-appointment communication and response to my concerns. My therapist was Camelia, and she was great, and super efficient
- I was out in 15 minutes! Sweet, clean place with great central location and exceptional staff - must visit.
