Fran is the best - I have been getting Hollywood waxes for years now and I can honestly say the time, precision and minimal pain are by far the best by Fran from all my experiences. Not only that Fran will make the time to get to know you and speak to you. She even remembers conversations from appt to appt! Really does feel like someone who cares for her customers and really takes pride in what she does.

This is one of the best waxing salons in London. Unfortunately I got held back at work for my original appointment so I couldn’t make it. I was devastated as I knew I wouldn’t be entitled to a refund but the ladies at Pure Wax were so kind and rescheduled my appointment for the next day free of charge. The wax was great - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
