Always brilliant. Once you get through the random tat shop downstairs, and past the strange quirk of having a TV on in the treatment room tuned to chick channels (Friends, Desperate Housewives - something I'm actually starting to quite like), this place is brilliant. The staff are friendly and efficient and I've never had a bad wax. It's always incredibly thorough, relatively low on the pain scale and lasts for a long time. For £30 central London that's not bad at all. A gem.
