I booked my first appointment at this venue for a Brazilian & Full Leg wax, excellent value at £55. I was surprised and a bit concerned that the salon sits inside a souvenir shop, but it struck me as clean, well-kept and very inviting as soon I walked in. The staff was very friendly and my therapist, Adriana, was truly excellent. She put me at ease and even though I was nervous and kept asking questions, she handled it well and reassured me throughout.
The Brazilian wax is, truthfully, one of the best I’ve ever got (even better than far more expensive ones at well known clinics and salons). She was exceptionally thorough, going over areas more than once to achieve a perfect result, finishing off with tweezers and even using different types of wax depending on how sensitive I was in particular areas. It was also done very efficiently and rapidly, but I never felt rushed.
I was slightly disappointed to find out that for warm wax treatment they use roll wax, dispensed from roll on devices. It was used for my legs and, while the result was fine, I find its less pleasant and rougher in application than liquid wax applied with a spatula. I’m not sure that appeals to me, but the result was good and I will surely go back for another excellent Brazilian.

Pleasant experience from beginning to end. Pure Wax had the highest rating in the surrounding area where I work and I can see why. There is a relaxed vibe from the time you walk in and interact with them. The lady in the reception area was really nice and Adriana who did waxing was friendly and very professional. She was attentive to detail and tried to get all hairs possible; while working quickly to ease my pain. Was my first time there but will definitely return.
