I have visited pure wax about 6 times now, my first 3 experiences were excellent as I thought the waxing treatment was very thorough and not rushed and of a high standard, Taking care to not miss any patches of hair or to break off hairs rather that actually pull them out. Sadly the last 3 times haven’t been of a high standard. The therapists have been friendly but I feel that the standard is dropping. After having a closer look I have noticed patches of hair that have been missed and also felt like they just really rushed the appointment. I choose to come to pure wax because the location is very convenient and also the pricing is very decent. After having 3 great treatments I always return in hope that I will be treated by one of the original staff. Unfortunately I don’t know thier names...I just remember that one of them was from Brazil and she is very good and didn’t miss a single hair.

I had a wax done by Ana who was just unbelievable. As someone who does not routinely attend, she made it as painless and quick as she could. I would highly recommend her to do a Hollywood wax.

Happy with my second visit - friendly staff and quick service! I have booked my appointment for next month already. Definitely recommend! A bit difficult to find at first as it's within another shop.
