I went there the 2nd time already and everyone is really lovely and friendly! The wax goes very quick and never takes longer than 30minutes

I usually go here every month for a wax and it’s alwasy been really good however this time when I got home I had loads of long hairs that hadn’t been removed. I had to get my tweezers and take them out myself. There was more than 20 hairs! Really disappointing
