I love Pure Wax and refuse to go anywhere else for waxing, they are absolutely brilliant. My only worry is the new management seem a bit overzealous and strict and have put up a lot of signs, warnings and agreements that they make you read before each treatment even if you are a repeat customer. I'm all for H&S but it feels a bit regimented when you've had the treatment many times and know the staff well.
