I'm almost a regular at the Farringdon location. My regular technician was not available so I was told Hershey would do my Hollywood Wax. She was nice and professional but did NOT do a good job taking the hair out in the back. It took her literally less than 30 seconds to do the back of my Hollywood Wax and she said I was done. When I returned home, I saw that she barely took any hair out. I'm so disappointed because this is my favorite salon and I have always had good experiences, but unfortunately, Hershey didn't do a good job. I wish I had gotten someone else to do my wax because I was not properly waxed this time.
