Pretty good. Underarm and Brazilian left red sores for a few days though. The lady was friendly and i felt very at ease through the whole thing but a little more care wouldnt have gone amiss! Usually very very good though so might have been an off day.

All the staff were super friendly and lovely. My beautician did an amazing job and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Having a TV in the treatment room was a great distraction from the inevitable discomfort.
