The beautician was AMAZING both in demeanour and skill (Greta I think her name was, sorry I totally forgot! She said she splits her time between there and the Covent Garden branch). Extremely professional, put me completely at ease (even though the last place I tried for a wax has left me mentally scarred!) and it was relatively pain free. Will be recommending and going back!!
