Fran was an incredibly experienced beautician who made me feel very comfortable. She was incredibly fast but did a thorough and high quality job. It was the least painful wax I have had. I will definitely be returning!

It was good overall. There was still some hair left on my upper lip, so could be a little more thorough. The therapist also needs to wear new pair of gloves for each client as otherwise I worry about germs getting into my open pores.
