The best wax I’ve had in London so far, very professional and thorough. The venue is also nice and clean, with a very relaxing ambiance. My sister recommended it to me and I’m glad that she did, I will for sure recommend to my friends as well!

Terrible service. They were 20 minutes late and the waxing was completely rushed, I had to ask her to go over spots and I left still partially covered in bits of wax. The therapist didn’t even say hello! The receptionist at least gave me a small discount due to the waiting time but I won’t be going back.

Good experience as always, the atmosphere and therapists put you at ease / make you feel comfortable. The only thing that bothers me is the towel you're supposed to lie on. It's hard to tell whether it get changed after every single customer and it doesn't get fully covered by the paper sheets. Maybe consider using larger paper sheets?
