Arm waxing - was left with red marks where the skin was not pulled when the wax strip was pulled off and bruised veins.
Hollywood wax - was left with quite a few hairs unremoved, which has not been the case at other salons, including their other branch in Strand.
Disappointed with the level of service given their relatively high prices.

It was my second visit to this salon(first was great) for the full leg and Hollywood wax treatment. This time therapist used a different type of wax and it clearly wasn't working as she had to go 4 times over one area in bikini zone (over month's long hair). It's been 3 days since and now I'm going on holidays with massive spiky 3 days regrowth both whole legs and bikini. When I called to ask if there's any chance fixing it by using a stronger wax, I got offered to wait a month and book again( no refund offered, obviously).

nice gentle wax on my face. doesn't irritation it. I do get spots a couple of days after but that's my skin. friendly staff.. Netflix. will go back again!

Maria was lovely and had a great conversation! Really sweet and personable. The waxing was great as I am sensitive to really hot temperature wax and it wasn’t too hot. Would definitely recommend if you are working or in the area.
