My wax was amazing! Nafesa was extremely good at making it a comfortable and painless experience and explaining everything thoroughly. The rooms were clean and most importantly, they played Friends on the TV which made me feel a lot better :)

Unusually poor. Unfortunately the waxing results left behind visible broken hairs all over. Will make do this time with hair removal cream but will check next time. This is the first time this has happened and sadly shocked.
