The venue was spotless and accommodated me being 10 mins late (I phoned ahead). SUPER polite, very welcoming and warm and made me feel totally relaxed. Julias wax was virtually painless too! Well worth the money and more.

Really hate to leave bad reviews but honestly a really bad job, missed key long hairs leaving me with a uni brow, upper lip was way too many hairs missed - went over it with threading but I had to tweeze it all myself at home so just a waste of time and money. Perhaps just spending a little bit more time on attention to detail
