Jacquelin literally brightened my day, it might have been a wax, but she was so chatty it completely put me at ease and she was so thorough! Excellent.

The venue was spotless and accommodated me being 10 mins late (I phoned ahead). SUPER polite, very welcoming and warm and made me feel totally relaxed. Julias wax was virtually painless too! Well worth the money and more.
