Loved it, from the very beginning they made sure I was okay. I forgot a mask and they provided one for me. Everyone was really nice and made sure I was comfortable. I loved that friends was playing on the TVs and it was a nice distraction from the little bit of pain from being waxed. At the end they gave me a loyalty card for next time. Will definitely be coming back again!
