Nafesa was really skilled and quick at waxing but did an amazing job! Would highly recommend. It’s lame but the friends in the background always helps.

The waxing treatment went well, however I was a bit disappointed with the fact that they’ve changed their wax. It was more painful than before.
Hopefully they’ll use better wax ok the future.

I rated my experience as a two because the Hollywood wasn’t very good. I booked this wax as I wanted all the hair gone. Upon arriving home I realised a large chunk was left underneath where I could not see myself. This could have been avoided with a little attention and then asking the client to look with a mirror to see if anything was missed. I was also left with a lot of ingrown hairs probably due to technique. On the other hand Julia was a very nice lady. Maybe it was a bad day I don’t know!
