The staff were not so polite or friendly today and made me feel quite uncomfortable during my treatment. This was not expected, as I have been coming here every month to get my legs waxed and usually have the best experience with Yeeun and whoever is on reception. Furthermore, after the therapist was finished she didn’t ask me to check - she just said done and walked out the room. Also not what I’m used to at Pure Wax. I don’t think I’ll be coming back, which is a shame.
