technician is really experienced and skilled, also appreciate the details eg. setting TV on with comedy to make you laugh (to distract and mask the pain of waxing), putting AC on during so you don't get too hot and sweat from getting anxious/tensed up which would affect the result. Just thoughtful to the customers experience overall - I like that and would recommend!
