Usually I love having my Hollywood wax here and I can rely on all of the employees however my last experience here was so traumatic and painful. The employee did not know what she was doing and didn’t even let the wax set before ripping it off- in those intimate areas that is incredibly painful. I have been put off from booking here since that experience.
